Olivia Ahern was born on November 1, 2005 in Memphis, TN to Bill and Shannon Ahern. She has a twin brother, Logan and four dogs named Sparkles, Bud, Chip and Oreo. Currently, Olivia is an honor student at River City Academy and she will graduate in 2024. She is a member of Junior Beta Club and National Junior Honor Society. When Olivia has time outside of gymnastics, she enjoys cooking and baking.

Olivia began gymnastics at the age of five in a pre-k recreational class at her day care. She fell in love with the sport and eventually started taking gymnastics classes at River City Gymnastics in Memphis, TN and has been there ever since. She placed second in the all-around with a 37.450 and first on balance beam at the 2015 Level 6 State Championships. Olivia was named to America's Top 100 on balance beam with a 9.775. She skipped level 7 and quickly moved up to level 8 for the 2016 season. She placed second in the all-around with a 37.850 and first on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, Olivia scored a 37.075 in the all-around and placed fourth on floor exercise.

In 2017 as a level 9 gymnast, Olivia earned gold medals on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.625 at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships where she placed ninth on floor exercise. Olivia also participated in elite qualifiers and she was invited to the Developmental National Camp.

Olivia had a solid season in 2018 as a level 10 and hopes pre-elite gymnast. She finished sixth on floor exercise and eighth on vault at the Level 10 State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she placed fifth on floor exercise with a 9.425. Olivia obtained her elite compulsory score at the Myrtle Beach Elite Qualifier in Myrtle Beach, SC and her hopes optional score at the Developmental Camp in January. In the summer, Olivia qualified and competed at the Hopes Classic in Salt Lake City, UT where she earned a bronze medal on vault! Olivia is a member of the Developmental National Team.

In 2021, Olivia placed fourth in the all-around with a 38.000 and third on vault at the Level 10 State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished fifth in the all-around and first on floor exercise with a 9.800. This qualified Olivia to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL where she placed seventh with a 37.950 out of 57 gymnasts! She also took home a bronze medal on vault and placed ninth on uneven bars and floor exercise. Olivia had a great 2022 season where she placed first in the all-around with a 38.800 and first on balance beam and floor exercise at the Region 8 Championships. She qualified to the Level 10 National Championships in Mesa, AZ where she finished fourth on balance beam and sixth on floor exercise out of 57 gymnasts.

Olivia trains 30 hours per week at Believe Gymnastics in Memphis, TN under coaches Erica Anderson, Keno Anderson and Jessica Prince. She is working hard to become an elite gymnast. Her long-term goal is to obtain a Division I college gymnastics scholarship.
