Olivia Cate Bullington was born on December 11, 2003 in Texas to Bryson and Louise Bullington. Currently, Olivia is a student at PCA Plus, a homeschooled program and she will graduate from high school in 2022. During Olivia's spare time, she enjoys reading, going to the movies and hanging out with her friends and family.

Olivia started gymnastics when she was five years old because she loved to do cartwheels all around the house and outside. Her mom decided to put Olivia in gymnastics for the summer and she never left! Olivia started on team at when she was in kindergarten at Kurt Thomas Gymnastics in Plano, TX. At the 2012 Level 5 State Championships, she earned a bronze medal on floor exercise with a 9.750. She was named to America's Top 100 on balance beam and floor exercise in level 5. Following her 2012 season, Olivia moved to Metroplex Gymnastics in Allen, TX.

In 2013, Olivia won the all-around title with a 38.700 and first on vault, uneven bars and floor exercise at the State Championships. She once again made the America's Top 100 on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around. She tested out of level 5, skipped level 6 before moving up to level 7 for the 2015 season. At the Level 7 State Championships, she placed second in the all-around with a 38.425, first on floor exercise and second on vault and balance beam. Olivia qualified to the Region 3 Championships where she finished fifth in the all-around with a 38.075, first on floor exercise and fifth on vault and balance beam. Olivia was named to America's Top 100 on floor exercise in level 7.

Olivia moved up to level 8 for the 2016 season. At the State Championships, she placed seventh in the all-around with a 37.475, fourth on floor exercise and fifth on vault. At the Region 3 Championships, she finished seventh in the all-around with a 37.225 and second on floor exercise. Olivia had a great level 9 season in 2017 where she finished fifth in the all-around with a 37.825, second on floor exercise and third on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, Olivia placed sixth in the all-around and first on floor exercise. This qualified Olivia to the Level 9 Western Nationals in Boise, ID where she placed 14th overall and eighth on floor exercise. Olivia was named to America's Top 100 on floor exercise in level 9.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2018, Olivia placed sixth on floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing sixth on floor exercise. Olivia was the first alternate for the Junior Olympic Nationals. In 2019, Olivia placed first on floor exercise and third in the all-around at the State Championships, qualifying to Regionals.

Olivia trains 30 hours per week at Metroplex Gymnastics in Allen, TX under coaches Kambri Hoffman, Anna Pawlak and Justin Lea. She is working hard to become a successful level 10 gymnast as well as to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals. Her long-term goal is to obtain a Division I college gymnastics scholarship.
