The LSU gymnastics team traveled to Fayetteville, Arkansas yesterday for the LSU vs Arkansas dual meet. LSU improved their team score but was edged by Arkansas, 197.225-196.325. Rheagan did reall well, finishing third in the all-around with a 39.375. She was tied for the first place on vault with a 9.950, third on balance beam scoring a 9.875 and fourth on floor exercise with a 9.775. Good job Rheagan! Click here to read more about the meet.

Rheagan helped the LSU gymnastics team to defeat Auburn University last night, 195.025-193.800. Rheagan finished third in the all-around with a 38.925 and first on vault and floor exercise scoring a 9.925 and 9.900 respectively. Good job Rheagan. Today we added a few new pictures from last night.

Rheagan began her NCAA season last night at the Cancun Classic in Mexico. The LSU gymnastics team finished fifth with a 192.500. Rheagan did really well, finishing third in the all-around with a 39.175! She scored a 9.875 on vault, 9.825 on uneven bars, 9.725 on balance beam and 9.750 on floor exercise. Good job Rheagan!

Rheagan concluded her 2010 season last night in Hartford. She finished 10th in the all-around and 11th on floor exercise. Good job Rheagan! Full results from last night have been posted. Pictures and videos will be coming soon.

Rheagan competed first day of the VISA Championships today. She started on balance beam with a 13.350. On floor exercise, she had a solid routine with a 14.0. Currently, she is seventh on that event. Rheagan then did a clean Yurchenko full on vault scoring 14.0. Rheagan finished the meet on uneven bars scoring a 13.2. After the first day, Rheagan is ninth overall with a 54.550. Rheagan will compete on day two of the VISA Championships on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. EST. Full results have been posted from the meet.

Rheagan's third VISA Championships is starting this week in Hartford, CT! The first day of competition will be on Thursday, August 12 at 7:00 PM EST. She is first person to go on balance beam during the first rotation. The second day will be on Saturday, August 14. Rheagan competed last night at the US Covergirl Classic in Chicago, IL. She finished tenth in the all-around with a 54.350. She placed tenth on vault scoring a 14.100 and seventh on floor exercise with a 13.800.

Rheagan will be competing at the US Covergirl Classic this weekend on July 24 in Chicago, Illinois. She will be in the senior session at 7:00 p.m. at the UIC Pavilion. Rheagan has already qualified for the VISA Championships in Hartford, CT. She will use this competition as a warm up. The Universal Sports will be broadcasting the US Covergirl Classic live. Rheagan had a great meet last night at the Texas National Elite Qualifier, where she placed second in the all-around with a 54.550. She won vault, balance beam and floor exercise titles scoring a 14.350, 13.950 and 13.850 respectively. Good job Rheagan!

Rheagan traveled to Deerfield Beach, Florida for the Florida National Elite Qualifier. She finished second in the all-around with a 54.0! She won the balance beam title scoring a 14.500 as well as second on uneven bars and floor exercise. There, Rheagan has qualified to the 2010 VISA Championships in Hartford, CT. Rheagan competed this past weekend at the Arizona Elite Qualifier in Tempe, AZ. She finished sixth in the all-around with a 53.500 (juniors and seniors combined in the first session). She finished fifth on vault scoring a 14.050. There, Rheagan has qualified to the US Covergirl Classic in Chicago, IL. Good job Rheagan! Full results have been posted from the meet.








Rheagan began gymnastics at the age of five in 1998. In 2002 as a level 7 gymnast, Rheagan never placed lower than second at any one meet. The impressive showings continued through her level 8 season in 2003 where she won every competition she competed in. She only competed in one meet as a Level 9 and went straight to being a Level 10 gymnast. In 2004 at only eleven years old, she won the first three competitions that she entered. At the Level 10 State Championships, she placed 14th in the all-around and seventh on vault. She then placed third in the all-around and first on balance beam and floor exercise at the Level 10 Regional Championships. There, she qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals where she finished 49th overall.
At the beginning of Rheagan's 2007 season, Rheagan traveled to the National Training Center for the American Classic where She placed an impressive second in the all-around and won a gold medal on balance beam. Rheagan continued to earn outstanding results at the 2007 US Classic where she crowned as the 2007 US Classic Champion in the all-around and balance beam. At the VISA Championships in San Jose, California, Rheagan was aiming for a spot on the Junior National Team. After the first day of the competition, Rheagan tied for fourth in the all-around and second on balance beam. On the final day of the VISA Championships, she finished fifth in the all-around and earned a spot on the Junior US National Team.
After Rheagan's 2009 season, she moved to Gymnasiana to train under Coach Paul Gautreau. Rheagan began her 2010 season at the Arizona National Elite Qualifier, where she finished sixth in the all-around. At the Florida National Elite Qualifier, she placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam. There, she qualified to the VISA Championships in Hartford, CT. At the Texas Elite Qualifier, she placed second in the all-around and first on vault, balance beam and floor exercise. Rheagan then traveled to Chicago, IL for the US Covergirl Classic, where she finished 10th in the all-around and seventh on floor exercise. At the VISA Championships, she placed tenth overall in the senior division. 































































































































































































































Rheagan just finished her second VISA Championships yesterday in San Jose, California. She made the US National Team for the first time by placing fifth in the all-around!
Today Rheagan is in San Jose, California for the VISA Championships. Rheagan started off on balance beam with a clean routine scoring a huge 15.200! Currently she is in second place on that event. Her next event was floor exercise where she did a really high full-in, follwed by really high Arabian double, 1 1/2 step out through to double, and double pike. She tied for thirteenth place with a score of 14.000 on that event. Rheagan did a Yurchenko 1.5 with a nice score of 14.5! On Rheagan's last event, uenven bars, she nailed all of her routines, placing 9th scoring 13.600. After the first day of the VISA Championships, Rheagan is tied for fourth in the all-around. Full
Rheagan traveled to Battle Creek, Michigan for the 2007 US Classic. The competition was yesterday and Rheagan did an outstanding job by placing first in the all-around! Rheagan is already qualified to the US National Championships later this month in San Jose, California. She also won a gold medal on balance beam (15.600) and silver on floor exercise (14.100).
