"I’m ECSTATIC to announce I have verbally committed to the University of Bridgeport on academic and athletic scholarships!!! I’m so insanely grateful for all of the support I’ve had over the many years. Thank you to my school @capstoneacademyatl for supporting my passion and remaining flexible with my busy schedule since mid school! and another thank you to my amazing coaches for helping me grow not only as a gymnast but also as a person. The BIGGEST thank you to my loving parents @la.jefa.404 & @mrbrianthompkins for supporting me through thick and thin. I thank God for keeping me safe and allowing me to make it this far. I cannot wait to spend the next four years as a Purple Knight!!!"

Rian had a great balance beam routine at the Charleston Cup in Charleston, SC this past weekend where she scored a 9.600 for a silver medal. Good job Rian!

At the Atlanta Centennial Classic this past weekend, Rian finished second on balance beam with a 9.025 and third on floor exercise scoring a 9.275. Good job Rian.

Rian started her 2020 season at the Atlanta Crown Invitational this weekend. She placed first on balance beam with a 9.350, first on floor exercise scoring a 9.275 and fourth on vault with a 9.050. Good job Rian!
