Riley started gymnastics when she was five years old when her mom signed Riley up for a class at a local gym because her mom was a gymnast too. Riley loved it and was asked to do team by the coach at the gym. She advanced to level 3 and then decided to transfer to Orlando Metro Gymnastics and has been there ever since. Riley was the 2012 Level 4 FL State Uneven Bars Champion, 2013 Level 4 FL State Vault Champion, 2015 & 2016 Level 7 FL State All-Around, Uneven Bars and Balance Beam Champion, 2015 Level 7 Regional Vault Fourth Place Finish and 2016 Level 7 Regional All-Around and Balance Beam Bronze Medalist.
As a level 8 gymnast in 2017, Riley placed first on balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.850 at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing third in the all-around and second on floor exercise. Riley moved up to level 9 for the next two seasons. She was the alternate for the 2019 Level 9 Eastern Nationals after finishing eighth in the all-around and second on floor exercise at the Region 8 Championships. In 2020, Riley qualified to the Level 9 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2021, Riley placed sixth on balance beam and seventh on floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing in the top 15 in the all-around.
When Riley is not busy training over 25 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys reading, painting and drawing. She is an honor student at William R. Boone High School and she will graduate in 2022. She is a member of National Honor Society and National Science Honor Society.
