Rose was a very energetic toddler! Her parents decided that two-year-old Rose needed a safe place to tumble and climb, so she started taking recreational classes and at age four moved Universal Gymnasts Inc. where she has been ever since.

As a level 6 gymnast in 2010, Rose placed first on balance beam and third on uneven bars at the State Championships. She quickly moved up to level 7 for the 2011 season. She finished third on uneven bars and fifth in the all-around at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. At the Buckeye Classic, she placed fourth in the all-around, first on uneven bars and third on floor exercise. She finished second in the all-around and first on uneven bars and balance beam at the Arnold Gymnastics Challenge. She had a great meet at the Follow Your Dreams Invitational, finishing first on vault, uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around. Rose concluded her level 7 season at the State Championships where she placed second in the all-around and first on uneven bars.

In 2012, Rose started her level 8 season at the Universal Galaxy Invitational, finishing fourth in the all-around and first on floor exercise. At the Circle of Stars, she placed second in the all-around and first on uneven bars. Rose earned a silver medal on uneven bars at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the Follow Your Dreams Invitational, she finished fourth in the all-around and second on uneven bars and floor exercise. She did really well at the State Championships, grabbing gold medals on uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around. At the Level 8 Regionals, she earned a bronze medal on balance beam.

Rose moved up to level 9 for the 2013 season. She began her season at the Universal Galaxy Invitational where she finished first on the uneven bars, second on balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around and third on vault. She finished first on uneven bars and in the all-around at the Circle of Stars. At the Sand Dollar Invitational, she placed sixth in the all-around and fifth on uneven bars. Rose placed third on balance beam at the Athlete Warrior Challenge and first on uneven bars at the Luau in Leos Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam. Rose qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals after finishing fifth in the all-around and second on uneven bars at the Level 9 Regionals. At the Eastern Nationals in Battle Creek, MI, she placed 18th in the all-around and ninth on uneven bars. Rose was unable to compete in 2014 due to an injury.

In 2015, Rose finished fifth in the all-around and third on vault at the Universal Galaxy Invitational. At the Queen City Classic, she placed fifth in the all-around and fifth on uneven bars. Rose placed fourth in the all-around and third on uneven bars and balance beam at the Luau in Leos Invitational. She did really well at the State Championships, finishing first on uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around. Rose qualified to the Region 5 Championships.

Rose only competed in one meet in 2016 due to an injury. She finished second in the all-around and third on vault and balance beam at the Universal Galaxy Invitational.

Currently, Rose is preparing for the 2017 season as a level 10 gymnast. She trains over 20 hours per week at Universal Gymnasts, Inc. in Hilliard, Ohio under coaches Dave Anthony, Natalia Lashchenovaand Bill Widman. Rose would like to qualify to Junior Olympic Nationals as well as to compete for a collegiate gymnastics team.
