World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA) was founded in 1994 by co-owners, Yevgeny Marchenko and Valeri Liukin. Sophia and her teammates are coached by the French couple, Laurent Landi and Cecile Canqueteau-Landi. Laurent was 8-time French National Champion, 1994 European HB Bronze Medalist and 1995 European FX/HB Silver Medalist. Cecile was on the World team in 1994, 1995, 1997 and was part of the French Olympic Gymnastics Team in 1996. Both Laurent and Cecile coach 10 talented optional and elite gymnasts.
