Welcome to Tara Catour's Official Website! Tara is an upcoming gymnast from Desert Lights Gymnastics in Arizona. She is training under coaches Lisa Spini, Neela Nelson, Bruce McGehee, Bob Peterson, Chris George and Janelle McDonald. At only 11-years-old, Tara has already accomplished many things in her gymnastics career.

She placed second in the all-around as well as second on uneven bars and first on floor exercise at the 2007 Level 6 State Championships. Tara was injured most of the 2008 season and came back strong in 2009. Tara finished second in the all-around, uneven bars and floor exercise at the Level 8 State Championships. There, she qualified to the Level 8 Regionals. That same year, she qualified to hopes pre-elite and competed at the US Challenge.

So far in 2010, Tara won the all-around title at the Level 9 Arizona State Championships. She qualified to the Level 9 Western National Championships after finishing fifth in the all-around at the Level 9 Regionals. At the Level 9 Western Nationals in Des Moines, Iowa, Tara finished impressive fifth overall and third on floor exercise.

Currently, Tara is preparing for the 2011 season, where she hopes to have a successful season as a level 10 gymnast.
