Welcome to Taylor Houchin's Official Website! Taylor is an upcoming gymnast from a small town in Republic, Missouri. She is training under the husband and wife team of Cash and Sara McGowan at Gold Medal Gymnastics. At only 12-years-old, Taylor accomplished a few achievements during her gymnastics career. In 2009, Taylor placed fourth in the all-around and first on balance beam at the Level 8 State Championships. At the Level 8 Regional Championships, Taylor finished 7th in the all-around, second on vault, uneven bars and third on floor exercise.
In 2010, Taylor won the all-around, vault and floor exercise titles at the Level 9 Missouri State Championships. At the Level 9 Regional Championships, she finished first in the all-around, first on balance beam and second on vault. There, she qualified to the Level 9 Western National Championships in Des Moines, Iowa. In Iowa, Taylor finished 13th in the all-around and first on vault.
Taylor is currently training for upcoming season in 2011 as a level 10 gymnast.
