Taylor traveled to Long Beach, California for the Junior Olympic Nationals this week. She had an amazing meet today where she finished 9th in the all-around with a 37.350 out of 57 gymnasts! She won a bronze medal on balance beam with a 9.525. Congratulations Taylor! Full results have been posted from the meet.

Yesterday at the Region IV Championships, she finished third in the all-around with a 37.500. She finished third on balance beam and floor exercise scoring a 9.450 and 9.525 as well as fourth on uneven bars with a 9.200. She qualified to Junior Olympic Nationals, to be held May 14-15 in Long Beach, California. Congratulations Taylor!

Taylor competed at the Level 10 Missouri State Championships last night. She finished second in the all-around with a 36.400 as well as first on uneven bars scoring a 9.500 and third on vault with a 9.050. She has qualified to the Level 10 Regionals in Des Moines, Iowa. Good job Taylor!

Taylor finished ninth in the all-around at the WOGA Classic today in Dallas, Texas. She placed eighth on vault with a 9.325 and third on floor exercise scoring a 9.500. Well done Taylor!

Taylor had a great meet this past weekend at the Gateway Challenge. She placed fourth in the all-around with a 37.200. She also placed first on balance beam with a 9.450, eighth on vault scoring a 9.400 and fifth on floor exercise with a 9.175. Good job Taylor!

Taylor competed earlier today at the Level 9 State Championships in Columbia, Missouri. She did an outstanding job, where she won the all-around title with a 36.950! She also won gold medals on vault (9.575) and floor exercise (9.400). Congratulations Taylor!

Taylor just finished competing earlier today at the 2010 Eagles Invitational in Kansas City, Missouri. She finished second on the all-around as well as bars, beam and floor. Welcome to Taylor Houchin's brand new official website! Taylor is a 11-year-old aspiring level 9 gymnast from a small town in Republic, Missouri. She is training under the husband and wife team of Cash and Sara McGowan at Gold Medal Gymnastics. In 2009, Taylor placed fourth in the all-around and first on balance beam at the Level 8 State Championships.
