Kip + squat-on; KCH + giant 1/2 + overshoot; kip + squat-on; KCH + free hipcircle to handstand + double tuck dismount

Training: Giant 1/1 + double tuck dismount, giant 1/2 + overshoot to handstand, Gienger and toe-shoot

Balance Beam
Flip flop + back layout stepout; switch split leap + split jump 1/2; full turn; back tuck; cartwheel + back layout 1/1 dismount

Training: Flip flop + flip flop + back layout, switch split leap + switch split leap 1/2 and cartwheel + gainer back layout 1/1 dismount

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + flip flop + back layout 1.5 + front pike; switch split leap 1/2 + Popa; front layout + front layout; roundoff + flip flop + back layout 1.5
