Trinity Munsisoumang was born on May 5, 2004 in Minnesota to Katrina and Khankham Munsisoumang. She has two brothers, Maximus and Josiah. Currently, Trinity is an honor student at Chaska High School and she will graduate in 2022. She is on Dean's List. During Trinity's spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, shopping and spending time with her family.

Trinity started gymnastics as a fun way to get exercise and to get out of the house. In 2011, she began taking classes at Classic Gymnastics in Chanhassen, MN at the age of seven. She placed fourth in the all-around with a 37.375 at the 2013 Level 4 State Championships and third in the all-around with a 37.400 and first on uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise at the 2014 Level 5 State Championships. Trinity was named to America's Top 100 on uneven bars. She skipped level 6 and tested out of level 7 before moving up to level 8 for the 2015 season. She placed fifth in the all-around and third on uneven bars and balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 4 Championships.

As a level 9 gymnast in 2016, Trinity earned a silver medal on uneven bars with a 9.600 at the State Championships. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals. In 2017, Trinity finished first in the all-around with a 37.425, first on uneven bars and second on balance beam and floor exercise at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Level 9 Western National for the second time where she placed in the top ten in the al-around, first on balance beam and fourth on uneven bars. Trinity was named to America's Top 100 in level 9 on uneven bars in both seasons, scoring a 9.650 and 9.725.

Trinity moved up to level 10 for the 2018 season. She placed third in the all-around, first on balance beam and third on floor exercise at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Cincinnati, OH. In 2019, Trinity placed sixth in the all-around, second on uneven bars and third on vault at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN.

In 2021, Trinity placed third on uneven bars and balance beam at the Level 10 State Championships. She had a great meet at the Region 4 Championships where she took home gold medals on uneven bars and in the all-around with a 37.625. This qualified Trinity to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL.

Trinity trains 20 hours per week at Classic Gymnastics in Chanhassen, MN under coaches Bryon Hough and Charise Schrupp. Trinity is working hard to reach her goals to qualify to the JO Nationals again and to compete for a Division I college gymnastics team.
