Trinity's parents enrolled her into gymnastics for fun when she was four years old. She fell in love with the sport and joined Sportsplex Gymnastics team in Landover, MD. She was the 2014 Level 8 MD State All-Around and Vault Silver Medalist, 2014 Level 8 Regional Qualifier, 2015 Level 8 MD State All-Around and Vault Bronze Medalist and 2015 Level 8 Regional All-Around and Vault Seventh Place Finish. Following her level 8 season, she moved to Silver Stars Gymnastics in Bowie, MD.
Trinity placed second on uneven bars at the 2016 Level 9 MD State Championships. She placed third on uneven bars and fifth on vault at the Region 7 Championships. Trinity had a great level 9 season in 2017 where she placed first on vault, second on uneven bars and second all-around at the MD State Championships. At the Region 7 Championships, she finished first on vault, uneven bars and in the all-around with a 37.600. Trinity qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals, finishing 13th in the all-around and first on vault with a 9.650. Trinity was named to America's Top 100 on vault with a 9.825.
In 2018, Trinity was unable to compete at the MD State Championships due to an injury. Her season was highlighted with a 9.800 on vault and all-around score of 37.025 at Apollo Invitational. After her 2018 season, Trinity moved to Docksiders Gymnastics in Millersville, MD. In 2019, Trinity placed first on vault and first in all-around with a 37.100 at the MD State Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN after finishing fifth in the all-around, fourth on vault and floor exercise at the Region 7 Championships. In 2020, Trinity qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Currently, Trinity lives in Upper Marlboro, MD with her parents, Alexander and Janet Brown and one sister, Alexis. Trinity is an honor student at Elizabeth Seton High School and she will graduate in 2021. She is a member of the National Honor Society.
