Zoe was doing forward rolls around the house when she was three years old. Her mom decided to enroll her into Mommy and Me class at a local gym for fun. Zoe fell in love with the sport and joined pre-team at Arizona Sunrays in Phoenix, AZ. She was the 2011 Level 4 AZ State Floor Exercise Bronze Medalist and 2012 Level 4 AZ State All-Around Bronze Medalist. Following her 2012 season, Zoe and her family relocated to California, she started training at All Olympia Gymnastics Center (AOGC) in Los Angeles, CA.

Zoe was the 2012 Level 4 SoCal State Balance Beam Silver Medalist (9.775), 2014 Level 7 SoCal State Balance Beam Bronze Medalist (9.625), 2014 Level 7 Regional Balance Beam and Floor Exercise Champion (9.750, 9.575) , 2015 Level 8 Regional Balance Beam Champion (9.550) and 2016 Level 8 Regional Balance Beam and Floor Exercise Silver Medalist (9.650, 9.625) and All-Around Bronze Medalist (37.850). Zoe moved up to level 9 for the next two seasons. She qualified to the Region 1 Championships in 2017, placed first on balance beam and fourth on uneven bars at the State Championships in 2018 and fourth on uneven bars at the Region 1 Championships in 2018.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2019, Zoe qualified to the Region 1 Championships. Zoe began training at Azarian U.S. Gymnastics Training Center in Aliso Viejo, CA in the summer of 2019. She also represented the United States at the Pan American Maccabi Games in Mexico City, Mexico where she placed third in the all-around and second on uneven bars and floor exercise. In 2020, Zoe qualified to the 2020 Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2021, Zoe placed fourth in the all-around and fourth on uneven bars at the Level 10 State Championships. She qualified to the Region 1 Championships. Zoe was limited to three events for the 2022 season due to an injury. She qualified to the State Championships and Region 1 Championships, but had to end her season early.
