Amber began gymnastics at the age of three at Tags Gymnastics in Minnesota where she was born and lived for five years prior to moving to Colorado. After relocating to Colorado in 2011, Amber began training at Adrenaline Gymnastics in Centennial, CO where she trained for ten years. She was the 2014 Level 4 CO Vault and Floor Exercise Silver Medalist. She tested out of level 5 and skipped level 6.

As a level 7 gymnast in 2016, Amber placed third in the all-around with a 38.250, fourth on balance beam and fifth on floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing in the top 15 in the all-around and fourth on floor exercise. Amber moved up to level 8 for the 2017 season. She placed fourth in the all-around at the State Championships and seventh in the all-around and third on vault at the Region 3 Championships.

In 2018, Amber competed level 9 where she was an alternate for the Level 9 Western Nationals after finishing in the top ten in the all-around at the Region 3 Championships. She continued competing level 9 in 2019 and competed as a specialist at the State Championships. In 2020, Amber moved up to level 10. She qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the summer of 2020, Amber moved to Colorado Gymnastics Institute in Aurora, CO.

When Amber isn't busy training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys painting, listening to music, hanging out with her friends and going to the mountains. She is currently an honor student at Rock Canyon High School and she will graduate in 2024.
