Anna Cait started gymnastics when she was three years old. She went to her friend's birthday party around that age, and she fell in love with it. Her mom signed Anna Cait up for classes and she always wanted to go! She started her gymnastics career at Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta in Kennesaw, GA and has been there her whole gymnastics career. Anna Cait made TOPS Diamond Team in 2014 and TOPS A National Team in both 2015 and 2016. As a level 5 gymnast in 2016, Anna Cait placed second in the all-around with a 37.450 and second on vault and balance beam at the State Championships.

In 2017, Anna Cait skipped level 6 and quickly moved up to level 7 where she qualified to the State Championships. She was named to America's Top 100 on floor exercise with a 9.825. As a level 8 gymnast in 2018, she finished first in the all-around with a 37.950 and first on vault, uneven bars and balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing fourth in the all-around with a 38.100 and third on floor exercise. Anna Cait was named to America's Top 100 on balance beam twice.

As a level 9 gymnast in 2019, Anna Cait placed fifth in the all-around and second on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished first in the all-around with a 37.425 and first on uneven bars. She qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals where she placed second on uneven bars and fourth on vault. She was named to American's Top 100 on uneven bars. Anna Cait missed some of the 2021 season and 2022 seasons due to two hip labral repairs. She, however, did qualify to the Level 10 State Championships both seasons. Anna Cait returned in 2023 as a level 10 gymnast where she placed sixth on balance beam at the Region 8 Championships. In 2024, Anna Cait placed eighth in the all-around and sixth on uneven bars at the Level 10 State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships.

When Anna Cait isn't busy training 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and being outdoors. She is the daughter of Joe and Lindsay Soley and she has a brother, Hayden, and a Shih-Tzu named Scout. Currently, Anna Cait is an honor student at Allatoona High School and she will graduate in 2025. She is member of Beta Club, Key Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Friends Club. She also serves on the Yearbook staff. Anna Cait regularly serves in the nursery at her church. She participates in various community service activities through Beta Club and Key Club, such as Give Back Get Back and Shop with a Buc. She also volunteers with the Horizon League working with children with special needs.
