Balance Beam
Front toss + back handspring; side aerial; switch split leap + split jump; switch split leap 1/2; full turn; BHS + back layout 1.5 dismount

Training: Front toss to scale, BHS + back layout 2/1 dismount

Floor Exercise
Double front; roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front pike; double turn; tour jete 1/2 + split jump 1/1; Rudi

Training: Back layout 1.5 + front layout or front layout 1/1, Rudi + BHS or back layout stepout, triple twist, front layout 2.5
