Bella-Claire won free gymnastics classes when she was nine years old in 2013. She started taking gymnastics at Legacy Gymnastics in Lexington, KY and fell in love with the sport. She competed level 3 in 2013, level 4 in 2014 and level 5 in 2015. Bella-Claire skipped level 6 and quickly moved up to level 7 in 2016 at the age of 12. At the Level 7 State Championships, she finished second in the all-around with a 37.800 and first on vault and floor exercise. In 2017 as a level 8 gymnast, Bella-Claire finished third on uneven bars and ninth in the all-around at the Region 5 Championships.

In 2018 as a level 9 gymnast, Bella-Claire placed first on vault and in the all-around at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 5 Championships where she earned a silver medal on vault. In 2019, Bella-Claire finished third in the all-around and first on vault at the Level 9 State Championships. At the Region 5 Championships, she took home a silver medal on floor exercise. Bella-Claire qualified to the Level 10 State Championships for the 2020 season but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Bella-Claire placed third in the all-around and second on vault and floor exercise at the Level 10 Championships, qualifying to Region 5 Championships.

When Bella-Claire is not training 21 hours per week in the gym, she enjoys sewing, reading and hanging out with her friends. She is an honor student at Henry Clay High School with a 4.0 GPA. She is a member of Dance Blue Committee and Student Council. She volunteers at Hope Presbyterian Church Nursery.
