Training: Roundoff 1/2 on, pike off

Uneven Bars
KCH + Shaposhnikova + pak salto; KCH 1/2 + toe-on to handstand 1/1 + toe-circle to handstand; KCH + stalder to handstand + toe-on front pike dismount

Training: Front giant

Balance Beam
Flip flop + back layout stepout; full turn; switch split leap + switch side leap; side aerial; front tuck; split jump + straddle jump 1/2; roundoff + back layout 2/1 dismount

Training: Straddle jump 1/1, side somi, switch side leap 1/2, switch split leap 1/2, front pike and Arabian

Floor Exercise
Double front; front layout + front layout; switch split leap 1/2 + Popa; double turn; front layout 1/1 + front pike

Training: Double pike and Arabian double front
