Training: Maloney 1/2, piked Jaeger, Shaposh, pak salto + stalder to handstand 1/1, overshoot and full-out dismount

Balance Beam
Side aerial; front aerial; front tuck; flip flop + back layout stepout; switch split leap + switch split leap 1/2; full turn; flip flop + flip flop + double tuck dismount

Training: Flip flop + back layout two-feet

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + flip flop + double pike; FHS + front layout 2/1; roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front layout 1/1; double turn; switch ring leap + tour jete 1/1; switch split leap 1/2 roundoff + flip flop + double tuck
