She is taking AP classes and maintains all A’s.

Cameron’s early exposure to gymnastics in preschool made her realize her love for the sport at an early age. She was upside down more often than not. Once she started doing flips in doorways, her parents realized she needed to spend more time in the gym. Her passion and love for the sport exceeds all other interests. Cameron has been training at Flipnastics in Lakeway, TX, since level 5.

As a level 5 gymnast in 2014, Cameron finished in the top ten in the all-around and sixth on balance beam at the State Championships. She tested out of level 6 and quickly moved up to level 7 for the 2015 season. She scored a 37.125 at the Level 7 State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships where she placed eighth in the all-around with a 37.050, sixth on vault and eighth on balance beam. Cameron had a great level 8 season in 2016 where she finished 11th in the all-around with a 37.500 and fourth on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, she placed third in the all-around with a 38.025, first on uneven bars and second on floor exercise.

Cameron moved up to level 9 for the 2017 season. She placed fifth in the all-around with a 37.200 and fifth on uneven bars and balance beam at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, she finished ninth in the all-around and qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals in Boise. ID. As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2018, Cameron qualified to the Region 3 Championships. In May of 2018, Cameron left her long-time gym and started training at Austin Elite Gymnastics Training Center in Lakeway, TX. Cameron moved up to level 10 for the 2019 season where she qualified to the Region 3 Championships. In 2020, Cameron qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Cameron placed fourth on balance beam at the State Championships, qualifying to Region 3 Championships.
