Uneven Bars
Jump to high bar; KCH + toe-on to handstand + overshoot to handstand + toe-shoot to high bar; KCH + giant + giant + double tuck dismount

Training: Pak salto, Maloney + overshoot, giant 1/1 + double tuck dismount and toe-on to handstand 1/1

Balance Beam
Flip flop + back layout stepout; full turn; switch split leap + straddle jump 3/4; side aerial + back tuck 1/1 dismount

Training: Front tuck, side aerial + back tuck 1.5 dismount, triple series, switch split leap 1/2 and split jump 1/1

Floor Exercise
FHS + Rudi; roundoff + flip flop + back layout 1.5 + front pike; switch split leap + switch split leap 1/2; FHS + front layout 1/1 + front tuck

Training: Double pike, switch split leap + switch split leap 1/1, FHS + front layout 2/1 and FHS + front layout 1/1 + front layout
