Balance Beam
Tuck jump mount; back handspring + back handspring; straight jump + beat jump; full turn; tuck jump 3/4; front pike dismount

Training: Back tuck, flip flop + back layout stepout, roundoff dismount, front layout dismount and split jump 3/4

Floor Exercise
1.5 turn; roundoff + flip flop + back layout 1/1; switch split leap + straddle jump; FHS + front layout + front tuck; roundoff + flip flop + back layout

Training: FHS + front layout 1/1 + front tuck, back layout 1.5, double tuck and double turn
