Erin was at Ocean Tumblers in Virginia Beach, VA for a year before the family transferred to Mandeville, LA and enrolled her at North Shore Gymnastics. In 2013, Erin and her family moved back to Virginia, so Erin joined Apollo Gymnastics and has been there ever since. Erin was the 2015 Level 5 State Beam Champion, 2016 Level 6 State All-Around, Vault and Floor Champion and 2017 Level 7 State All-Around, Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor Champion. Also in 2017 for level 7, she got a perfect 10.0 on vault in a meet, made the Virginia State Team and competed at the National Judges Cup. Erin was named to America's Top 100 in levels 5, 6 and 7.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2018, Erin placed second in the all-around with a 37.925, first on floor exercise and second on vault at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 7 Championships, finishing first on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around with a 37.575. Erin was named to America's Top 100 in level 8. She moved up to level 9 for the 2019 season. At the State Championships, Erin grabbed gold medals on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around with a 37.475. She qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals after finishing second in the all-around, first on balance beam and third on floor exercise at the Region 7 Championships.

Erin moved up to level 10 for the 2020 season. She qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

When Erin is not busy with gymnastics, she enjoys attending Mardi Gras parades, watching Netflix and spending time with her friends. She is an honor student at Saint John Paul the Great Catholic School where she is a member of National Spanish Honor Society.
