Kaden's dad enrolled her into gymnastics at the age of eight because he was tired of her flipping through the house! She began taking classes at KPAC Gymnastics in Troutman, NC where she trained until 2020. She was the 2014 Level 2 NC State Uneven Bars and Balance Beam Champion, 2015 Level 3 NC State All-Around, Vault (10.0), Uneven Bars, Balance Beam & Floor Exercise Champion and 2016 Level 5 NC State All-Around, Vault, Uneven Bars & Floor Exercise Champion.

In 2017, Kaden skipped level 6 and quickly moved up to level 7. She placed eighth in the all-around with a 37.425 and third on uneven bars at the State Championships. As a level 8 gymnast in 2018, Kaden finished seventh in the all-around and first on uneven bars at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing fourth in the all-around and first on uneven bars. In 2019, Kaden finished second in the all-around and first on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she placed third in the all-around and first on uneven bars and balance beam.

Kaden moved up to level 9 for the 2020 season where she qualified to the State Championships. She was unable to compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Following her 2020 season, she moved to Everest Gymnastics in Cornelius, NC. Kaden was unable to compete in 2021 and 2022 seasons due to an injury. In 2023, Kaden placed sixth in the all-around at the Level 9 State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished fourth in the all-around and first on balance beam. She qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in Kissimmee, FL.

When Kaden isn't busy training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys shopping and working out. She currently lives in Mooresville, NC with her dad, JoBe. She is currently a student at Lake Norman High School and she will graduate in 2024.
