When Kailee was four years old, a couple girls in her preschool were taking a gymnastics class, so Kailee's mom signed her up too. Kailee walked into the gym and never wanted to leave. She truly fell in love with the sport of gymnastics. She started her competitive gymnastics career at Gold Medal Gymnastics in Huntington, NY.

As a level 7 gymnast in 2014, Kailee finished 12th overall with a 36.500 and seventh on uneven bars and balance beam at the State Championships. She moved up to level 8 for the 2015 season where she placed fifth in the all-around with a 37.650 and fifth on floor exercise. She qualified to the Region 6 Championships, finishing fifth in the all-around with a 37.900 and fifth on uneven bars and floor exercise. Kailee had a great level 9 season in 2016. At the State Championships, she earned a bronze medal on uneven bars and finished eighth in the all-around. She then grabbed silver medals on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around at the Region 6 Championships. This qualified Kailee to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals.

Kailee moved up to level 10 for the 2017 season where she qualified to the State Championships. Following her 2017 season, Kailee moved to All Stars Gymnastics in Levittown, NY. In 2018, Kailee placed eighth on uneven bars at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 6 Championships, finishing eighth in the all-around, fourth on balance beam and fifth on uneven bars.
