Kinsey signed the National Letter of Intent (NLI) today to the University of Nebraska! She will join the gymnastics team during the 2020-2021 school year. Congratulations Kinsey!

Kinsey concluded her 2019 season at the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN this past weekend. She placed eighth in the all-around with a 38.175 out of 58 gymnasts! She also placed second on uneven bars with a 9.800 and third on balance beam scoring a 9.625. Good job Kinsey.

Unfortunately, the paperwork to move Kinsey from elite back to level 10 was not submitted by the deadline. USA Gymnastics chose to uphold their policy and not accept the late paperwork, making her ineligible for Regionals and Nationals. Region 8 Gymnastics unanimously agreed to let her exhibition tonight because they realized this was a crucial recruiting year. Although her scores do not count and no medals awarded, she did finish first on balance beam with a 9.475, second on uneven bars scoring a 9.625 and second in the all-around with a 37.925.

Kinsey competed at the P&G Championships in St. Louis, MO this weekend. On Friday, she competed in the all-around during prelims where she scored a 13.200 on vault, 13.000 on uneven bars, 13.050 on balance beam and 10.950 on floor exercise. Unfortunately, Kinsey hurt her back on her last event, floor exercise. She was limited to uneven bars in finals where she scored a 13.400 and finished 13th. Good job Kinsey. Kinsey did really well at the Secret US Classic in Hartford, CT today where she scored a 53.150 in the all-around. Her AA score is good enough to qualify her to the P&G Championships in St. Louis, MO next month! Good job Kinsey! New videos have been posted.

Kinsey narrowly missed qualifying to the P&G Championships by .15 points. She scored a 52.350 in the all-around, 13.600 on vault, 12.450 on uneven bars, 13.300 on balance beam and 13.000 on floor exercise at the American Classic in Huntsville, TX this past weekend. She will travel to Hartford, CT for the Secret US Classic on June 4 to try to qualify for the P&G.

She had a solid meet where she finished 11th in the all-around with a 37.675 out of 56 gymnasts in the Junior A session. She also placed fifth on uneven bars with a 9.500, ninth on vault scoring a 9.500 and 11th on balance beam with a 9.475. Good job Kinsey!
