Lauren began taking Mommy & me classes at a local recreational center when she was 2.5 years old. She has been training at Denver School of Gymnastics in Arvada, CO since 2013. She was the 2015 Level 5 Vault Bronze Medalist, 2016 Level 6 CO State Uneven Bars Silver Medalist, 2017 Level 7 CO State Vault Silver Medalist and 2017 Level 7 Regional Qualifier.

In 2018 as a level 8 gymnast, Lauren placed seventh in the all-around with a 37.125 and fourth on vault at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing in the top ten in the all-around and eighth on uneven bars. In 2019, Lauren took home a gold medal on vault and a silver medal on uneven bars at the Level 8 State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, Lauren finished third in the all-around with a 37.300 and third on vault and uneven bars. Lauren qualified to the 2020 Level 8 State Championships but was unable to compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lauren moved up to level 9 for the 2021 season. She placed third in the all-around and second on vault at the State Championships. Lauren finished ninth overall and fourth on vault at the Region 3 Championships where she was named alternate for the Level 9 Western Nationals. In 2022, Lauren grabbed gold medals on vault, balance beam and in the all-around at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, Lauren finished third in the all-around with a 37.425 and first on vault. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals in Salt City Lake, UT where she placed in the top ten in the all-around and second on vault. She was named America's Top 100 on vault.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2023, Lauren placed second on vault and third on floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, she placed sixth in the all-around and second on balance beam. Lauren qualified to the Level 10 Nationals in Oklahoma City, OK.

Currently, Lauren is an honor student at Lakewood High School and she will graduate in 2024. She is a member of National Honor Society, High School Gymnastics Varsity Team and Pit Orchestra. Lauren was the CHSSA State Balance Beam Champion, CHSSA First Team All-State and Jeffco League First Team. In 2022, Lauren was the CHSAA 5A All-Around, Vault, Uneven Bars and Floor Exercise champion. During Lauren's spare time, she enjoys playing the flute and reading.
