Liliana started doing Mommy & Me classes when she was two years old at a local gym and when she was five years old, she moved to recreational classes at Precision Gymnastics in New Jersey. As a level 6 gymnast in 2015, Liliana placed seventh in in the all-around with a 37.200 and fifth on vault at the State Championships. She moved up to level 7 for the 2016 season where she finished sixth in the all-around with a 37.550 and second on vault at the State Championships. Liliana had an elbow surgery in 2017, missing entire season.

In 2018, Liliana bounced back and placed fifth in the all-around at the Level 8 State Championships. At the Region 7 Championships, she won the all-around title in her age group. She also placed second on floor exercise and fourth on vault and uneven bars. Liliana had another elbow surgery during the 2019 season. She was returning to competition at the end of the 2020 season, but her season was cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic. Liliana came back in 2021 as a level 9 gymnast. She placed second on vault and fourth on balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 7 Championships, finishing 11th overall and sixth on balance beam and floor exercise.

Liliana currently lives in New Jersey with her parents, Christy and Nathan and two brothers, Keegan and Levi. She is an honor student at Southern Regional High School and she will graduate in 2022. She is involved in Interact Club.
