Lilly started gymnastics when she was six years old after her parents found Lilly on the sing set jumping from the monkey bars to the swing and iron man crossing my way down the swing chains to the ground! She began her gymnastics career at Elmira Gymnastics Academy in Elmira, NY. She was the 2015 Level 4 NY State All-Around and Uneven Bars Champion and 2016 Level 5 NY State Floor Exercise Champion.

Following her 2016 season, Lilly moved to Southern Tier Gymnastics Academy (STGA) in Endwell, NY. Lilly tested out of level 7 and quickly moved up to level 8 for the 2017 season. She qualified to the Level 8 State Championships. In 2018, Lilly placed third in the all-around and second on vault at the Level 8 State Championships and fourth in the all-around and first on vault at the Region 6 Championships. In 2019, Lilly took home a gold medal on vault and silver medals on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around at the Level 8 State Championships. At the Region 6 Championships, she finished second in the all-around, first on vault and third on uneven bars.

Lilly moved up to level 9 for the 2020 season. She qualified to the Level 9 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. Lilly did well at the 2021 Level 9 State Championships where she finished first in the all-around and first on balance beam and floor exercise. She qualified to the Region 6 Championships but was unable to compete due to an injury.

Lilly is the daughter to Christopher and Gretchen Blowers and she has a twin sister, Gabrielle and a younger sister, Ella. Currently, Lilly is a student at Catholic Memorial High School and she will graduate in 2022. During Lilly's spare time, she helps teaching an acro class at Heather Bennett’s Dancing to the Rhythm Dance Studio and at the gym with younger gymnasts as needed. Lilly is Junior Certified as a USA Gymnastics coach.
