Lilly started recreational gymnastics at Legacy Gymnastics in Lexington, KY at the age of seven in 2013. She had dabbled in soccer, dance and horseback riding and wanted to try something new.  She quickly progressed through the recreational classes and was offered an invitation to join level 3 team. She was the 2014 Level 3 KY State All-Around (38.475), Vault, Uneven Bars and Floor Exercise Champion., 2015 Level 4 KY State All-Around, Uneven Bars and Floor Exercise Bronze Medalist and 2016 Level 5 KY State Vault and Floor Exercise Champion.

Lilly skipped levels 6 and 7 and quickly moved up to level 8 for the 2017 season. She qualified to the Region 5 Championships. As a level 9 gymnast in 2018, Lilly placed third in the all-around, first on vault and second on uneven bars and floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 5 Championships, Lilly finished third on vault and seventh on uneven bars. Lilly moved up to level 10 for the 2019 season where she finished fifth in the all-around and fourth on vault and uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 5 Championships, she placed eighth on balance beam and floor exercise and 11th overall. In 2020, Lilly qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2021, Lilly placed fifth in the all-around and second on balance beam at the Level 10 State Championships. She qualified to the Region 5 Championships, finishing sixth on uneven bars.

When Lilly is not training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys going to the church and spending time with her family and friends. Lilly is an honor student at West Jessamine High School where she is a member of swim and track & field team. In 2019, she was named Athlete of the Year by her school.
