Lola's brother at the time was playing soccer and her parents thought Lola needed something to do as well, so they enrolled Lola into gymnastics for fun when she was three years old. She started her competitive gymnastics career at Apollo Gymnastics in Woodbridge, VA. She was the 2012 Level 4 VA State All-Around Silver Medalist, 2014 Level 5 VA State Vault Silver Medalist and 2015 Level 6 VA State Uneven Bars Bronze Medalist. Lola skipped level 7 and quickly moved up to level 8 for the 2016 season. She earned gold medals on vault and in the all-around with a 37.825 at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 7 Championships, finishing second on vault.

Lola competed level 9 for the next two seasons. She earned a bronze medal on floor exercise at the 2018 Region 7 Championships. Following her 2018 season, she moved to GMS Gymnastics in Manassas, VA. Lola began competing level 10 for the 2019 season where she qualified to the State Championships but was unable to compete due to an injury. Lola's 2020 season was cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Lola placed third in the all-around and second on vault and floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 7 Championships, finishing in the top ten in the all-around. Following Lola's 2021 season, she moved back to Apollo Gymnastics.

When Lola isn't busy training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys running, working out and spending time with her family and friends. She currently lives in Woodbridge, VA with her parents, Pete and Shannon, an older brother, Peter and three bulldogs. Lola is a student at Woodbridge Senior High School and she will graduate in 2022.
