Front handspring front tuck

Uneven Bars
Kip + squat-on; KCH 1/2 + overshoot; kip + squat-on; KCH + toe-on to handstand + back layout 1/1 dismount

Training: Jaeger, toe-on to handstand + overshoot, giant 1/2 + double front dismount

Balance Beam
FHS + back handspring; switch split leap + split jump; back tuck; full turn; roundoff + back layout 1/1 dismount

Training: Front aerial + back handspring, side aerial, roundoff + back layout 2/1 dismount, switch split leap + split jump 1/4

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front pike; front layout 1/1; switch ring leap + straddle jump; double turn

Training: Double pike, front layout 1/1 + front pike, switch ring leap + tour jete full, 1.5 turn with leg up
