At four years old, Madison would race across the monkey bars and showcase her tumbling to anyone who was around. Madison began her gymnastics career at six years old at her local gym on a recreational class. She was asked to be on team a year later. She completed her compulsories in level 2 and level 3, excelling on vault and floor routines and it was clear early on that she wanted and needed a more competitive gym. Madison joined Tammy Marshall at Infiniti Elite Gymnastics on the USAG team and competed level 4, and a month later scored out of level 5. She skipped level 6 and went straight to level 7. She was the 2019 Level 7 NY State Vault & Floor Exercise Champion and All-Around Silver Medalist and 2019 Level 7 Regional Floor Exercise Silver Medalist.

Madison competed level 8 for the 2020 season. She qualified to the State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19. Her 2020 season was highlighted with gold medals on vault, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 38.025 at the Tim Rand Invitational

When Madison isn't busy training over 25 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys writing, acting, sunbathing, bike riding and playing with her brothers. She is the daughter to Desiree and Jonathon McCurley and she has two brothers, Colton & Andy, a dog named Cocoa and two cats. Madison has been on High Honor Roll every semester and she is a student at Floral Park Memorial High School. She is a member of National Honor Society.
