Madison's parents decided to enroll Madison in a recreational gymnastics class in 2007, when she was five years old, in hopes of getting her to burn off some energy As a child, Madison was always running around and jumping on everything, so gymnastics sounded like a perfect fit. She originally started gymnastics at What’s Up Gymnastics in Waipahu, HI and eventually moved to Island Tumblers Gymnastics in 2014.

In 2014, Madison earned gold medals on vault, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.900 at the State Championships. She had the highest all-around score in entire level 7 competition. As a level 8 gymnast in 2015, Madison placed first on vault, balance beam and in the all-around with a 37.775. She, once again, had the highest all-around score out of entire level 8 competitors. She qualified to the Region 2 Championships where she placed fourth in the all-around with a 37.475 and first on vault. In 2016, Madison had foot surgery and was unable to compete that season.

Madison moved up to level 9 for the next two seasons. At the 2017 State Championships, Madison had the highest all-around score in level 9, finishing first on vault, balance beam and in the all-around. She placed first on balance beam, second on vault and sixth in the all-around at the Region 2 Championships and qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals. In 2018, Madison placed first in the all-around with a 37.650 and second on all events at the Region 2 Championships. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals again, finishing fourth on balance beam. Madison was unable to compete in 2019 as a level 10 gymnast due to an injury.

When Madison is not training 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys playing the guitar and piano, going to the beach and hanging out with her friends. She is an honor student at Mililani High School where she is a member of National Society of High School Scholars.
