Marlee's parents enrolled her into Mommy and Me classes at the age of two at a local gym in New York. She was competing in the USAIGC program for two seasons before moving to Infiniti Elite Gymnastics in Syosset, NY. She began competing level 7 in 2019. She placed fifth in the all-around and second on floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 6 Championships where she took home silver medals on vault and floor exercise. She qualified to the 2020 Level 8 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. Marlee also missed 2021 season due to an injury.

As a level 9 gymnast in 2022, Marlee placed fifth on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 6 Championships, she finished seventh in the all-around and third on uneven bars. Marlee qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in Rochester, NY.

Marlee was born on October 21, 2007 in Long Island, NY to Stacey and Lee Wiener. She has a sister, Shaylee and a brother, Jase, a dog named Harlee and a cat. Currently, Marlee is an honor student at Long Beach High School and she will graduate from high school in 2025. She is a member of National Junior Honor Society.
