Kip + squat-on; KCH + giant 1/2 + overshoot to handstand + toe-on to handstand + toe-shoot to high bar; KCH + giant + giant + double tuck dismount

Training: Tkatchev, double layout dismount and giant 1/1

Balance Beam
Flip flop + back layout stepout; switch split leap + straddle jump 1/2; full turn with leg up; side arial; split jump + back tuck; front 1/1 dismount

Training: Front tuck, front 1.5 dismount, double tuck dismount and switch side leap

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + flip flop + double pike; roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front pike; switch side leap + Popa + sissone; switch split leap 1/2 + split jump 1/1; front layout 1/1
