Morgan Romeis was born on June 3, 2003 in Rochester, NY to Carla and Jim Romeis. She has two brothers, Charlie and Nate and three dogs. Currently, Morgan is an honor student at Victor Senior High School and she will graduate in 2021. During Morgan's spare time, she enjoys babysitting, cooking, baking, playing with her dogs, camping and swimming.

Morgan started taking Mommy and Me gymnastics classes in 2006 so she could have a safe place to burn off energy. She has been training at Rochester Gymnastics Academy in Rochester, NY since 2013. Morgan placed third in the all-around with a 37.600 at the 2014 Level 4 State Championships and second in the all-around with a 37.825 at the 2015 Level 5 State Championships. Morgan earned gold medals on uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 38.525 at the 2016 Level 6 State Championships. Morgan was named to America's Top 100 in level 4 (Beam x2 and floor), level 5 (Beam), level 6 (Bars, beam, AA 2x) and level 8 (Floor).

Morgan tested out of level 7 and moved up to level 8 for the 2018 season. She grabbed gold medals on uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.900 at the Level 8 State Championships. She was named to New York's Super Team for the Level 8 Regionals where she placed first in the all-around with a 38.825 and first on vault, uneven bars and floor exercise. Morgan was named to America's Top 100 on floor exercise. In 2019 as a level 9 gymnast, Morgan earned gold medals on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around at the State Championships. At the Region 6 Championships, she swept the gold medals with a 37.400 in the all-around. She qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in Kissimmee, FL, finishing fourth in the all-around with a 37.600, first on floor exercise and third on vault.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2020, Morgan qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Morgan trains over 20 hours per week at Rochester Gymnastics Academy in Rochester, NY under coaches Barry and Yulia Coss. She is working hard to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals the next few years. Her long-term goal is to compete for a college gymnastics team.
