Natalie started gymnastics at the age of eight when she went to a birthday party at a gym. The coaches evaluated her and put her onto a team. Natalie instantly loved running around the gym and flipping. She competed level 5 in 2016, skipped level 6 and quickly moved up to level 7 for the 2017 season. At the 2018 Level 8 State Championships, she placed seventh on vault and qualified to the 2018 Region 7 Championships.
In 2019, Natalie placed third in the all-around with a 38.425 and first on uneven bars at the Level 8 State Championships. At the Region 7 Championships, she finished second in the all-around with a 38.050, first on vault and third on balance beam. She was named to America's Top 100 on uneven bars twice .In 2020, Natalie qualified to the Level 9 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, she placed sixth in the all-around and sixth on balance beam at the Region 7 Championships. This qualified Natalie to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in College Park, GA where she placed fifth on balance beam.
As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2022, Natalie qualified to both State Championships and Region 7 Championships. In 2023, Natalie placed in the top ten in the all-around and sixth on uneven bars at the Level 10 State Championships. She qualified to the Region 7 Championships, finishing fourth on balance beam and sixth on vault.
When Natalie isn't busy training in the gym, she enjoys hanging out with her friends, going to the beach and traveling. She is the daughter to Doug and Josephine Lindgren and she has a sister, Alex and a dog named Roxy.
