Uneven Bars
Kip + squat-on; KCH 1/2 + overshoot; kip + squat-on; KCH + giant + stalder to handstand + double pike dismount

Training: Double layout dismount, giant 1/1 and toe-shoot

Balance Beam
Flip flop + back layout stepout; switch split leap + back tuck; full turn; front aerial; roundoff + back layout 1.5 dismount

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front pike; front layout + front pike; wolf turn 1.5; roundoff + back layout 1.5; switch split leap + switch side leap

Training: Double pike, double tuck, back layout 2/1, wolf turn 2/1
