Rose started taking gymnastics classes for fun when she was four years old in 2010 at All Stars Gymnastics in Fort Mill, SC. Following her 2015 season, Rose and her family relocated to North Carolina, so she started training at Lake Norman Gymnastics Academy in Denver, NC. Rose competed level 6 in 2017 where she placed eighth on floor exercise at the State Championships. At the 2018 Level 6 State Championships, she placed second on floor exercise and seventh in the all-around.
In 2019 as a level 7 gymnast, Rose finished fifth in the all-around and fifth on balance beam and floor exercise. She moved up to level 8 for the 2020 season. She had a great season where she won five out of five competitions including a 37.800 in the all-around at the Hilton Head Island Invitational in January and 37.675 at the Pink Invitational in March. She was unable to finish out the season due to cancelled events (Covid-19).
Rose moved up to level 9 for the 2021 season. She placed third on balance beam at the State Championships and ninth in the all-around and fifth on balance beam at the Region 8 Championships. She was an alternate for the Level 9 Eastern Nationals. In 2022, Rose placed third on vault at the State Championships. She finished seventh in the all-around and first on vault and balance beam at the Region 8 Championships. Rose qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in Rochester, NY where she placed sixth in the all-around with a 37.075 and second on balance beam.
When Rose isn't busy training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys bullet journaling, swimming, playing basketball and fishing. She is the daughter to Anna and Chris Conley and she has four sisters, Maura, Krista, Sloane and Vera. Rose is currently taking AP/Honor classes where she has a 4.40 GPA.
