Sienna began her competitive gymnastics career at Gymnstique in New York City, NY. Following her level 4 season in 2016, she moved to Infiniti Elite Gymnastics in Syosset, NY. As a level 7 gymnast in 2018, Sienna placed seventh in the all-around and third on vault at the State Championships. She moved up to level 8 in 2019 where she placed fourth on balance beam and sixth on floor exercise at the State Championships. Sienna qualified to the 2020 Level 8 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
