Tori followed her sister into gymnastics when she was two years old. She was a very active baby so she needed a safe and fun place to release her energy. Tori has been training at Jaycie Phelps Athletic Center (JPAC) in Greenfield, IN since 2011. As a level 8 gymnast in 2015, Tori placed second in the all-around with a 37.450 and first on uneven bars and floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 5 Championships, she finished fourth in the all-around with a 37.825, second on uneven bars and fourth on floor exercise. Tori was named to America's Top 100 on uneven bars four times in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Tori moved up to level 9 for the 2016 season where she scored a 37.225 in the all-around and placed sixth on floor exercise at the Region 5 Championships. Tori had a great first year as a level 10 gymnast in 2017. She placed second in the all-around and third on uneven bars and floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 5 Championships, Tori finished sixth in the all-around with a 37.200 and sixth on floor exercise. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals where she finished 11th overall with a 37.200 and seventh on floor exercise. Tori had another great season in 2018 but was unable to compete at the State Championships due to an injury.

Currently, Tori trains 24 hours per week at Jaycie Phelps Athletic Center (JPAC) in Greenfield, IN under coaches Dave Marus and Jaycie Phelps Marus. She is working hard to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals again. Her long-term goal is to compete for a Division I college gymnastics team.
