Welcome to the Official Website of Trystyn-Carrera Cadiz. She is a former level 10 gymnast from Hawaiian Island Twisters Gymnastics in Honolulu, HI where she trained under coaches Joe Rapp, Christine Dorrepaal and Joel Shugart. Currently, Trystyn is the captain of her varsity cheer team at Waipahu High School in Hawaii. She aspires to be part of a cheer team at a University where she wants to major in health/medicine field. Trystyn got invited to cheer at the Polynesian Bowl in 2024.
