Evalyn's parents enrolled Evalyn into Mommy and Me classes when she was five years old at Gymnastics Plus in Denver, CO. When she was at Gymnastics Plus, she placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam at the 2014 Level 4 State Championships. Following her level 5 season, she briefly trained at Peak Athletics Plus where she took home a bronze medal on balance beam at the 2016 Level 5 State Championships. In 2017, Evalyn moved to Colorado Gymnastics Institute and has been there ever since.

In 2018, Evalyn tested out of level 7 and quickly moved up to level 8. She took home a gold medal on balance beam at the Level 8 State Championships. She moved up to level 9 for the 2019 season. She placed first in the all-around and first on uneven bars at the State Championships, qualifying to Regionals. She qualified to the 2020 Level 9 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2021, Evalyn finished fourth on floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, she placed sixth on balance beam and eighth on floor exercise.

When Evalyn isn't busy training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys crocheting and embroidering. Evalyn currently lives in Denver, CO with her parents, Geula and David and a few dogs. Evalyn is an honor student at Denver South High School and she will graduate in 2023. She is a member of HOSA Club where she learns more about the medical field and collaborate with people who share similar interests and goals. Evalyn hopes to go into radiology or pharmacology as a career. Evalyn is also one of five editors of her school's yearbook.
