Isabel Sikon was born on September 20, 2004 in San Antonio, TX to Marcin and Elizabeth Sikon. She has two younger sisters, Mariah and Abigail, who are also competitive gymnasts. During Isabel's spare time, she enjoys sewing, drawing, shopping and traveling. Isabel is half Polish through her dad and she has dual citizenship.

Isabel started gymnastics when she was six years old after her mom’s friend recommended that Isabel and her sisters to take a trial class with her daughter. Isabel instantly loved gymnastics and was put into a recreational class after her trial class. She did not stay in recreational for long and was moved to team at Alamo Gymnastics Center within a few months.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2016, Isabel scored a 37.475 in the all-around and placed third on floor exercise with a 9.700 at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing seventh in the all-around with a 37.825 and third on balance beam. In the summer of 2016, Isabel moved to Love Gymnastics in San Antonio, TX. Isabel had a great level 9 season in 2017 where she placed fourth overall with a 37.200 and first on vault with a 9.700 at the Region 3 Championships. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals, finishing fifth in the all-around with a 37.375, third on balance beam and sixth on floor exercise. Isabel also participated in elite qualifiers throughout the season and achieved her hopes pre-elite compulsory score at the KPAC Cup Elite Qualifier.

Isabel moved up to level 10 for the 2018 season. She finished sixth on vault at the State Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Cincinnati, OH after finishing 13th overall and ninth on balance beam and floor exercise at the Region 3 Championships. Isabel obtained her junior international elite compulsory score at City of Lights Elite Qualifier.

In 2019, Isabel placed sixth in the all-around and third on balance beam at the Level 10 State Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN after finishing 11th overall and seventh on vault at the Region 3 Championships. In June, Isabel was named to Polish National Team and was selected to represent Poland at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Baku, Azerbaijan. She qualified to the all-around finals in Baku!

In 2021, Isabel placed seventh in the all-around with a 37.625 and sixth on vault at the Region 3 Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL where she placed in the top ten on vault.

Isabel trains 32 hours per week at J&R Gymnastics in Seguin, TX under coaches Karen Medallin, Craig Tetreault and Peterson Pierre. Her long-term goals are to represent Poland internationally and to obtain a Division I college gymnastics scholarship.
