Karleigh enjoyed jumping and flipping at a young age, so her mom enrolled her in gymnastics at Universal Gymnasts, Inc. and has been there her whole gymnastics career! She was the 2016 Level 4 OH State All-Around Silver Medalist and 2017 Level 5 OH State All-Around, Vault & Floor Exercise Champion. As a level 7 gymnast in 2018, Karleigh placed first on uneven bars and second in the all-around at the State Championships, qualifying to Regionals. In 2019, Karleigh grabbed gold medals on balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.375 at the Level 7 State Championships. She had a great meet at the Region 5 Championships, finishing second in the all-around with a 38.325, first on balance beam and second on floor exercise. Karleigh skipped level 8 and quickly moved up to level 9 for the 2020 season. She qualified to the Level 9 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2021, Karleigh placed eighth on overall at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 5 Championships, finishing in the top 15 in the all-around. In 2022, Karleigh placed sixth in the all-around and first on floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 5 Championships, she finished ninth in the all-around and second on balance beam. She was an alternate for the Level 10 Nationals.

In 2023, Karleigh placed first on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.625 at the Level 10 State Championships. She did well at the Region 5 Championships, finishing second in the all-around with a 37.575 and fourth on floor exercise. Karleigh qualified to the Level 10 Nationals in Oklahoma City, OK.

When Karleigh isn't busy training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys art, baking and traveling. She is the only child to J.W. and Mandy Kline and she has a mini Goldendoodle named Callie. Karleigh is an honor student at Hilliard Davidson High School and she will graduate from high school in 2024. She has earned Summa Cum Laude since seventh grade. She is a member of her high school's student council.
