Kinley loved doing pullovers on the playground monkey bars, so her parents decided to enroll Kinley into gymnastics for fun at Diamond Academy in Stilwell, KS. She was the 2018 Level 4 KS State Balance Beam & Floor Exercise Champion, 2019 Level 6 KS State Uneven Bars Champion and 2020 Level 7 KS State Qualifier (COVID-19 pandemic).

As a level 8 gymnast in 2021, Kinley placed third on uneven bars at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing seventh in the all-around and second on floor exercise. Kinley moved up to level 9 for the 2022 season. She took home a silver medal on balance beam at the State Championships and qualified to the Region 3 Championships. Due to coach changes at Diamond Academy, Kinley decided to move to Xtreme Gymnastics in Lee's Summit in the summer of 2022.

In 2023, Kinley placed fourth on balance beam at the Level 9 State Championships and fourth on uneven bars at the Region 4 Championships. Kinley moved up to level 10 for the 2024 season. She placed fifth in the all-around and fifth on uneven bars and floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 4 Championships, finishing ninth on uneven bars.

When Kinley isn't busy training 19 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys baking, dancing, movie nights and watching sports. She is the daughter to Brooke and Brian Rose and she has two brothers, Jaden and Kyler and three dogs named Dysyn, Wrigley and Nash. Currently, Kinley is an honor student at Blue Valley West High School and she will graduate in 2025.
