Lauren started taking Mommy and Me classes at the age of two at Rochester Gymnastics Academy (RGA) in Rochester, NY. She has been training at RGA her whole gymnastics career. She was the 2019 Level 3 NY State All-Around Silver Medalist and 2021 Level 6 NY State All-Around Bronze Medalist. She was named to America's Top 100 on uneven bars in level 6. In 2022, Lauren quickly moved up to level 8, skipping level 7. She took home a bronze medal on vault at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 6 Championships where she finished second in the all-around with a 38.275, first on vault and second on uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.

In 2023 as a level 9 gymnast, Lauren placed third on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 6 Championships, Lauren finished seventh in the all-around, first on balance beam and second on vault. This qualified Lauren to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals. She had a great meet at the Level 9 Eastern Nationals, finishing fifth in the all-around with a 37.800, fourth on balance beam and eighth on uneven bars. Lauren continued competing level 9 for the 2024 season. She grabbed gold medals on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 38.650 at the State Championships. At the Region 6 Championships, Lauren took home a silver medal on vault and finished eighth overall, becoming an alternate for the Level 9 Eastern Nationals.

Lauren moved up to level 10 for the 2025 season. She finished second on vault and third on floor exercise at the State Championships. She did well at the Region 6 Championships where she finished second in the all-around, first on vault and second on floor exercise. She qualified to the Level 10 National Championships in Salt Lake City, UT, finishing fourth in the all-around with a 37.900, third on floor exercise, sixth on balance beam and seventh on vault out of 57 gymnasts.

When Lauren isn't busy training over 30 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys hanging out with her friends. She is the daughter to Nicole and Brian and she has a brother, Chase and a dog named Lucy. Currently, Nicole is a student at Our Lady of Mercy School and she will graduate from high school in 2029. She volunteers quarterly at her church, such as going to nursing homes, elementary schools and food pantries.
