Lucy started gymnastics at the little gym at 18 months old at a local gym. She began training for TOPs program by the age of four at Charleston Twisters Gymnastics in Charleston, SC. Lucy was the 2016 Level 4 SC State Balance Beam Champion, 2017 Level 5 SC State Vault Champion and 2018 Level 7 Regional Qualifier. Following Lucy's 2018 season, she moved to Everest Gymnastics in Huntersville, NC.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2019, Lucy placed fifth on balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing fifth in the all-around with a 37.525 and second on balance beam. Lucy qualified to the Level 9 State Championships but was unable to compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lucy continued competing level 9 for the 2021 season. She placed seventh in the all-around and third on vault at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, Lucy placed fifth on balance beam. Following the 2021 season, Lucy moved to Southeastern Gymnastics in Weddington, NC.

Lucy moved up to level 10 for the 2022 season where she competed at the State Championships. In 2023, Lucy placed second on vault and eighth on balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing in the top ten in the all-around and eighth on balance beam. In 2024, Lucy placed third on vault and fifth on balance beam at the Level 10 State Championships and fifth on vault and sixth on balance beam at the Region 8 Championships. In 2025, Lucy placed in the top ten in the all-around with a 36.725 and fifth on balance beam at the Region 8 Championships.

When Lucy isn't busy training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys art, paddle boarding, reading and shopping. She is the daughter of Mark and Caroline Eanes. Currently Lucy is an honor student at Grace Academy and she will graduate from high school in 2026.
